They are the BEST! They rebuilt my wedding ring after I ruined the prongs on my original and made me a beautiful necklace and earrings from my mom’s wedding ring diamond. They are always friendly and helpful with out being pushy. They are working on my third piece now. Would not go anywhere else!!!

In January my then girlfriend & I went into Thacker Jewelry to initially look at engagement rings and we are so glad we did! When we first went into Thacker, we were greeted by Teresa who was incredible to work with from start to finish. My Fiancé Melany did not initially know what style of engagement ring she would be interested in and Teresa was so helpful not only during our first consultation but also in the follow-up appointments we made. She made the process of finding the perfect Engagement Ring seamless and helped guide my Fiancé towards the perfect ring. This was the most important and emotional purchase of my life aside from purchasing my first home and Teresa made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision and Teresa even worked with us in incorporating a Diamond into the setting that was gifted to my Fiancé from her grandmother. I cannot speak highly enough to the attention to detail, customer service and follow-up we received from Thacker Jewelry. We are so excited for our Wedding and will definitely be repeat customers in the future! If you are looking at Engagement Rings or Jewelry for any other occasion, I highly suggest you give Thacker an opportunity to earn your business. Thackers was able to help my husband get my dream ring and are always so nice when I stop by to get it cleaned. They also were able to get my husbands ring in on time when we came in the week before our wedding. I highly recommend them if you like pretty things and friendly faces!! Awesome place❕ Very nice and excellent service. I walked in with a watch I got as a gift. The lady sised & set it for me. No charge. That was so nice of them. & it was hard not to buy another one while here.

Needed small ringlet to hang my Turquoise Cross back on Silver Necklace, they took my necklace into back room and fixed. When I asked what I owed, she nothing, and thanx for coming to our store. I WILL DEFINITELY be back...EXCELLENT Service in my opinion...Thank You Thackers Jewelry 😀 …

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a gem of a place (literally)! Lubbock hit the jackpot with Thacker. I’m a shop local or bust kind of person, but I still peeked around online and checked a few of the big chain jewelry stores — just to be sure. I was fully prepared to pay more at Thacker for that warm, local experience… but surprise! Their prices were actually better! Teresa Rios was an absolute delight — patient, honest, and fun — and I even got to meet Amanda, part of the Thacker family. From tooth to tail, this place is packed with great people, dazzling sparkles, and genuine Texas hospitality. I’ll definitely be back. 💍✨ Highly recommend!

Let me tell you a little about about the Thacker family. They are the most caring, loving and wonderful people I’ve met. Not only do they honor those that have a special occasion or engagement but they took extra special care of me and my son as we had custom pendants designed and manufactured from my mother’s jewelry that the Thacker’s designed for her several years ago. Sylvia even brought my pendant to me at home so I would have it for the first anniversary of mother’s death. She didn’t have to do that. The sons of Buzz and LaVoe are very special and Sylvia is now nor like family to me. If you ever have the opportunity to have these caring people help you select or design a special piece of jewelry, it will be money well spent. May God bless not only their families but all the families touched by their jewelry.

We had the best experience with Thacker Jewelry. Sylvia was knowledgeable and extremely helpful ! My custom ring is PERFECT and the service was amazing. I definitely recommend going to Thacker’s if you are considering purchasing any jewelry! They will take excellent care of you!
